yeah most all of it is, but without a doubt there has been a few shitty chinese suppliers not using the right gear to make it safe for human consumption, but this was worked out years ago when e-cigs were in their infancy.

Yeah that's old stuff. Chinese suppliers were shipping materials that werent safe for human consumption... toxic plastics, leaded solder, etc... Fucked right? Meh. They are safe, and I can vouch... or just visit the e-cig-forum. LOL

dont go with anything other than madvapes.com for equipment... here is a shopping list:

510 manual battery ($10.00)
510 low resistance cartomizers ($10.00)
510 usb charger ($3.00)

then go to strictlyejuice.com or gourmetvapor.com for your e-juice, but remember VG has a weird sweetness, and produces a lot of vapor, whereas PG does not have a flavor, but does not produce optimum vapor. a 80/20 PG/VG mix works well. let me know if you need any more help getting vaped.
